It is important that The WRITE Workshop works with you to create a price that meets your needs and fits your budget.

Please note that the industry standard for proofreading is calculated by-the-page word count of approximately 250 to 300 words per double-spaced page.

Per word rates: $0.02 to $0.05 per word, depending on editing level.

Second Proofread (second set of eyes): Many clients decide to have their documents proofread with a second set of eyes. We are able to offer this service on your document once you have accepted the first edited copy. This option costs an additional $0.03 cents per word. 

Writing Services: Writing jobs are evaluated and quoted with an hourly rate or by the job. Rates depend on type of document (copywriting, press releases, brochures, manuals, etc.). 

Consulting Services: Our rates range from $30 to $50 per hour; consultations are generally charged in 30 minute increments.

Workshops: Workshops and instructional fees are calculated by the job. We look at the number of hours or days of instruction in the workshop, the amount of time it takes to create your workshop, the specific topics covered and travel costs.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of one hour ($30) will apply to most projects.
